At the same time, technology advancements and artificial intelligence is rapidly changing the communications landscape. This year's TMP Candidate classes (TMPC Part I and TMPC2 Part II) will be devoted to honing your communication skills to help you develop as a leader, engage with the multigenerational workforce, manage through conflict and consider broadly how to navigate the complexities of delivering benefits in today's environment.
