Description:
EISB, Inc. is a non-profit corporation. This office administers the San Francisco Electrical Workers Health & Welfare Trust, Northern California Electrical Workers Pension Trust, San Francisco Retirement Savings Plan, San Francisco Joint Apprentice Training Center and IBEW Local 6’s Benevolent Fund.
The Administrator reports to the Board of Directors. This is a full-time, onsite position that demands a hands-on approach. Responsible for the overall management, and administration of various benefit plans, ensuring compliance with all plan documents and relevant local, state, and federal statutes, regulations, and requirements, including ERISA and DOL. Administrator oversees a staff of 8 full-time employees.
Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of 10 years experience in benefit plan administration and management. Experience in Taft-Hartley or collectively bargained environment and multiemployer plan required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration.
- CEBS certification preferred.
