Mooney, Green, Saindon, Murphy & Welch, PC, a union-side labor law and employee benefits law firm located in Washington, DC, seeks an attorney to join its ERISA and employee benefits practice.

Applicants should have one (1) to seven (7) years of relevant experience. We are also open to substantially experienced candidates joining us laterally at the of-counsel level.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Drafting and review of governing plan documents and participant communications;
- Plan compliance under ERISA and the IRC;
- Client representation before the IRS, PBGC and Department of Labor;
- ERISA-related litigation; and
- Working with and advising multiemployer plan trustees, plan personnel, and other plan professionals, as necessary.
This position includes direct client contact, a collegial and supportive atmosphere, and excellent benefits.
The salary range for this position is $101,000 to $135,000 depending on experience, plus bonuses based on billable hours.
