Position Overview:
The right candidate will provide confidential, highly responsive, and accountable, hands-on support for general and complex administrative duties, responsibilities, and projects related to health plan trust fund administration, office operations, and strategic planning. They will coordinate and provide executive-level support to the Executive Director and the Director of Operations and other individuals or project teams, as assigned.
What You Will Be Responsible For:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Director and Director of Operations, including managing communication, scheduling, travel arrangements, and filing.
- Draft, edit, and review correspondence, documents, and reports for accuracy and clarity.
- Track progress and follow-up tasks for projects.
- Take and distribute meeting minutes to relevant audiences.
- Manage team calendars and coordinate meeting logistics.
- Maintain office supplies, inventory, and a document filing system aligned with best practices.
- Collaborate with Operations and Finance teams to manage expense documentation and reimbursements.
- Uphold and promote organizational values of diversity, equity, inclusion, justice, integrity, and teamwork.
- Contribute ideas to organizational planning and goal-setting.
What You Bring to the Role:
- 5+ years of senior-level administrative experience.
- 2+ years in project management and operational support preferred.
- Advanced skills in scheduling, meeting preparation, minute-taking, correspondence management, and travel logistics.
- Expertise in office management, including efficient document filing and file-sharing systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams).
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual English-Spanish preferred.
Compensation, Benefits, and Job Structure:

Position Highlights:

- Salary: $66,560-$70,000 annually.
