Accounts Receivable Supervisor

An opportunity is currently available for an Accounts Receivable professional who will provide support to the Accounts Receivable Manager on all collections and arbitration matters.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the reviewing delinquency reports and sending out delinquency notices.
- Review accuracy of data entered in Fund’s database system by AR Coordinators and provide direction as needed.
- Attention to detail to ensure thoroughness and accuracy by evaluating particular nuances of each participating employer’s participation in each fund
- Correspond with employers delinquencies, billing and collection
- Collect Employer delinquencies, ensuring proper collection and calculation on interest and late fees
- Prepare monthly reports
- Complete monthly bank reconciliation
- Act as backup representative on Fund collection matters for arbitration
- Act as backup for daily 401k review and uploading
- Perform additional assigned responsibilities required to support the Fund’s Audit Program and Accounts Receivable Department
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Account Receivable
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supervising and/or managing staff
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to delegate and monitor the work load of AR staff
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Ability to meet deadlines
