Participants will explore how to define a philosophy of inclusion, recognize the diverse needs of employees, and implement strategies that align benefits and pensions with organizational values of diversity and inclusion. Topics covered will also include: o The talent and attraction imperative and the importance of inclusive benefits and pensions. o Principles of inclusive benefit packages: flexibility, accessibility and equitable.

Module 2: Approaching Benefits and Pension Plan Design with an Equity Lens

Instead, plans sponsors must understand the impact their benefit and pension plans have on different demographic groups represented in their organizations by identifying and addressing biases in traditional plan designs. Attendees will also explore the intersectionality in pensions plans and retirement needs through case studies analysis highlighting successful equitable plan designs.
