International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans Awarded a Top Workplace 2026 Honor
Published April 20, 2026
The Brookfield, Wisconsin–based International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, a nonprofit membership association based in Brookfield, Wisconsin that provides education for those working in employee benefits, has once again been recognized as one of Southeast Wisconsin’s Top Workplaces by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
This honor comes after the Foundation was selected as a National Top Workplaces winner for the nonprofit industry in 2025. The Foundation was also recognized as a Top Workplace by the Journal Sentinel in both 2024 and 2025.
“It is an honor to be recognized again as a Top Workplace, and we have the deepest gratitude for our amazing staff who show up every day, helping to ensure the health and financial security of millions of workers worldwide," said Terry Davidson, CEBS, CEO of the International Foundation. "This accomplishment is a testament to the collective efforts of our volunteer leadership and staff for the ongoing work it takes to cultivate a great workplace culture. We are extremely proud of the incredible job our employees do in support of our members and critical mission: employee benefits education."
The annual Top Workplaces list recognizes businesses and organizations that are identified by their own staff as outstanding workplaces.
This list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measures the employee experience and its component themes, including employees feeling Respected & Supported, Enabled to Grow, and Empowered to Execute, to name a few.
