The Brookfield, Wisconsin–based International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, a nonprofit membership association that provides education for those working in employee benefit plans, has been recognized as one of Southeast Wisconsin’s Top Workplaces by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel

The annual Top Workplaces list recognizes businesses and organizations that are identified by their own staff as outstanding workplaces. This list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a confidential third-party survey and measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures paramount to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution and connection, among others.

The Foundation also received special recognition as an organization in Southeast Wisconsin that offers exceptional benefits for employees.

“We are deeply grateful to our amazing staff who show up every day, helping to ensure the health and financial security of millions of workers worldwide," said Terry Davidson, CEBS, CEO of the International Foundation. "This Top Workplace honor is a testament to the incredible work our employees do in support of our members and critical mission: employee benefits education."
